Fish In Paper Casing

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs fish filet (red snapper, catfish, grouper, some bass)
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 stalks Celery, julienned
  • 1 Carrot, julienned
  • 1/2 Onion, sliced
  • S&P
  • 1/2 cup Olive Oil
  • 4 large pieces of Parchment Paper

Directions

  1. Pile the ingredients on one side of the parchment paper
  2. Bake @ 400 for 15 minutes
