French Baguettes
This is another bread recipe from Aunt Alice. We only made regular baguettes together, but she gave me some hints on how to make her parmesan baguettes.

Recipe
- 1.4 cups warm water
- 1 pkg yeast
- Mix and proof
- 1 tsp cup salt
- Bread flour
- Cut into 1 lb loaves
- Cornstarch on the bottom
- Spray loaf pans with Pam
- Bake @350 25-30 minutes
Notes
Original recipe quantities are for a bakery:
- 10 cups warm water
- 1/3 cup yeast
- Mix and proof
- 1/4 cup salt
Aunt Alice made a dynamite cheese baguette by adding:
- 1/4-1/2 tsp coarse black pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp oregano
- Parmesan
