Fromage Fort Cheese Spread

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Cheese - Any kind, rinds removed
    • Cut into 3/4 cube
    • Hard cheeses should be grated
  • 1/4 cup Dry White Wine
  • 3 Tbsp Unsalted Butter, room temperature
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 2 Tbsp Parsely

Directions

  1. Process 2 minutes until smooth and creamy
  2. Serve as a cold spread or bake on bread rounds.

Notes

  • You may use any leftover cheese you wish, such as Cheddar, Parmesan, Provolone, Fontina, Mozzarella, Camembert or St. Andre. Make sure that you use a combination that is not too salty.
