Ingredients
- 1 lb Cheese - Any kind, rinds removed
- Cut into 3/4 cube
- Hard cheeses should be grated
- 1/4 cup Dry White Wine
- 3 Tbsp Unsalted Butter, room temperature
- 1 clove Garlic
- 2 Tbsp Parsely

- You may use any leftover cheese you wish, such as Cheddar, Parmesan, Provolone, Fontina, Mozzarella, Camembert or St. Andre. Make sure that you use a combination that is not too salty.
