Good Eats - Raising the Bar

Ingredients

2 cups Ice in shaker
2 oz Light Rum
1 oz fresh Lime Juice
1/2 oz Simple Syrup

Directions

  1. Chill martini glass w/ice
  2. Place the 2 cups of crushed ice into a cocktail shaker. Pour the rum, lime juice, and simple syrup over the ice, cover, and shake well.
  3. Remove the ice from your serving glass and strain the drink into it. Serve immediately.
