Jan's Sugar Cookies (Large Batch)

Ingredients
- 1 cup oil
- 1cup butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
- ½ tsp cream of tarter
- ½ tsp salt
- 1cup sugar
- 5 ¼ cups flour
Directions
- Mix all ingredients well
- Roll into 1” balls
- Place on baking sheets
- Press flat with glass bottom dipped in sugar
- Bake @ 350 for 10-12 minutes.

- “Truckload” is a technical baking term.
