Ingredients
- 1 large can sauerkraut (save liquid)
- 6 tbsp oatmeal
- 2 medium onions
- 1 med can peas, mashed (save liquid)
- 3 cups mushrooms
- water
Directions
- Cover sauerkraut with water. Add oatmeal and ½ of the onion. Cook 10 minutes.
- Add peas and mushrooms.
- Fry remainder of onions in 2 to 4 oz butter. Add to sauerkraut, and simmer for 10 minutes.
