Lemon-Pepper Chicken

Ingredients
- 2/3 cup Dry White Wine
- 1/3 cup Olive Oil
- 2 Lemons, grated zest and juice
- 1 large Garlic Clove
- 1 Tbsp whole Black Peppercorns, crushed
- If using blender, can just use whole
- 4 boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts
Directions
- Process all ingredients until thoroughly combined. Can be stored in refrigerator for 3 days
- Place marinade and chicken in ziploc bag in pan
- Marinate 1 hour in refrigerator
