Lemon-Pepper Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup Dry White Wine
  • 1/3 cup Olive Oil
  • 2 Lemons, grated zest and juice
  • 1 large Garlic Clove
  • 1 Tbsp whole Black Peppercorns, crushed
    • If using blender, can just use whole
  • 4 boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts

Directions

  1. Process all ingredients until thoroughly combined. Can be stored in refrigerator for 3 days
  • Place marinade and chicken in ziploc bag in pan
  • Marinate 1 hour in refrigerator
