Ingredients

  • 1 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon table salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and whisk to combine.
  2. Thin with 1/2 cup water or defatted cooking liquid.
