Marinated Carrots

Another carrot dish that my sister loved.

Ingredients

  • 1 can Tomato Soup
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Vinegar
  • 1/2 cup oil
    • Boil 3-5 minutes
  • 2 lbs Carrots, sliced and partially coooked
  • 1 medium Onion, sliced
  • 1 Green Pepper, chunked
    • Add to sauce, marinate overnight
