Marinated Carrots
Another carrot dish that my sister loved.

Ingredients
- 1 can Tomato Soup
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Vinegar
- 1/2 cup oil
- Boil 3-5 minutes
- 2 lbs Carrots, sliced and partially coooked
- 1 medium Onion, sliced
- 1 Green Pepper, chunked
- Add to sauce, marinate overnight
