Marty's Cheesecake

Ingredients

Cheesecake

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. almond extract
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 2 pt. sour cream

Graham Cracker Crust

  • 1 c. graham crackers
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp. Sugar
  • ½ stick butter

Directions

  1. Beat eggs until light. Add sugar and extracts. Beat well. Add cream cheese. Beat until smooth. Add sour cream and beat thoroughly.
  2. Butter sides of spring-form pan, line bottom with graham cracker crust and pour in batter.
  3. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Let cool in open, off oven.
