Penn Ave Corned Beef

Ingredients

  • 3 lb Brisket (or Round, preferably)
    • Cover with water
  • 1 pkg of spices from corned beef
  • 1 tsp Mixed Whole Pickling Spices
  • 1/2 tsp Whole Mustard Seed
  • 6 Whole Cloves
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 Onion
    • Cover w/Pyrex lid, simmer 3 hours. Drain, cool. Slice, serve, ahhhh.
