Penn Ave Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients
- 3 cups Sugar
- 1 cup Butter or Margarine
- Cream together
- 4 Eggs
- 1.5 tsp Salt
- 4 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
- 2/3 cup Water
- 2 cups Cooked Pumpkin
- Add in order and mix well
- 3.5 cups Flour
- 2 tsp Baking Soda
- Mix together, add, minimal stirring
- Nuts (if desired) (not!)
- Pour into 2 large greased loaf pans
- Bake 1 hour @ 350
