Quick Pie Crust
This is Mom's simple pie crust. Quick, easy and good. Just not fancy, which is not a bad thing. I used to love to eat the trimmings as a kid. Still do, sometimes.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Flour
- 1/3 tsp Salt
- Stir together
- 1/4 cup Oil
- 2 TBSP Milk
- Add together
Directions
- Best if left to rest 15-60 minutes so the flour can hydrate a bit. Wrap in plastic if resting more than 15 minutes.
- Roll out between 2 sheets of wax paper
