Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup confectioners’ sugar and 2 tablespoons liquid (water, milk, or lemon juice).
  2. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, cooking until the mixture becomes translucent.
  3. Brush this on the baked pastry with a goose feather or pastry brush.
