- 3 Eggs, beaten
- 1 cup Sugar (1.5 cups?)
- 1/2 cup Butter, melted
- 5-6 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- Thoroughly combine
- 1 1/3 cups Coconut (use packaged, sweetened coconut)
- Stir in
- Pour into unbaked 9“ crust
- Bake 40-45 minutes @ 350
