Ingredients & Directions

  • 3 Eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup Sugar (1.5 cups?)
  • 1/2 cup Butter, melted
  • 5-6 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
    • Thoroughly combine
  • 1 1/3 cups Coconut (use packaged, sweetened coconut)
    • Stir in
  • Pour into unbaked 9“ crust
  • Bake 40-45 minutes @ 350

Notes

Try adding in grated lemon zest.
