 +This is a great way to use up wilted salad the day after it was dressed. I got the idea from the cajun chef Justin Wilson for what to do with his leftover [[recipes:cajun_salad]]. Dump it in a blender or processor along with 1-2 cans of tomato soup and hit "Puree."  Add water according to directions on soup can and enjoy.  The following additional ingredients have been added successfully and can even be used to make the soup when no day-old salad is lying around.

 +  * 3 cartons Trader Joe's Low-Salt Tomato-Red Pepper Soup
 +  * 2 cans Amy's Low-Salt tomato soup
 +  * 1 head Red Lettuce
 +  * 1-2 Red Bell Peppers
 +  * 1/2 cup Edamame
 +  * 1 head Broccoli
 +  * 1-2 Carrots
 +  * If you have time:
 +    * 1 Onion, caramelized 
 +    * 1 lb Mushrooms, sliced thickly and caramelized
 +    * 1-2 Garlic Bulbs, sliced and lightly pan fried
 +  * Literally any other vegetables you have on hand
 +  * 3/4 lb Feta (Dodoni if you have it)
 +  * 1 TBSP Balsamic Vinegar
 +  * 2 dashes Cayenne (just for flavor. If you want heat, add more!)
 +  * 2 tsp dried Oregano
 +  * 2 tsp dried Basil
 +  * 2 tsp Garlic Powder (if not using fresh from above)

 +    * Can also use Tomato Sauce or Crushed Tomatoes, but may need to add something like milk to combat the raw tomato taste

 +  * Watercress Greens - ~1/2 bunch

 +    * Blend/process in batches. Add water to reach desired consistency.
