• 2 Eggs, separated
• 1 2/3 cups Milk
• 1/2 cup Oil
• 2 cups Flour
• 1 TBSP Sugar
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 3 tsp Baking Powder

1. Beat the egg whites stiff
2. Blend together the egg yolks , milk and oil
3. Sift together the flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.
4. Add dry ingredients to the egg yolk mixture; mix only until blended.
5. Fold in egg whites
