Ingredients
- 1 cup cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon table salt
- 3/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 3/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
