Broccoli Slaw
Simple and really good.

Ingredients
Slaw
- 1 pkg Trader Joe's Broccoli Slaw, chopped
- 1 pkg Trader Joe's Shredded Carrots, chopped
- 2 pkgs Ramen Noodles, crushed
- Low-Salt Cashew pieces (if whole cashews, roughly chop)
Dressing
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup Rice Vinegar
- 1/2+ packet of ramen noodle flavoring packet
- Shake together
Mix dressing into slaw, serve immediately.
Notes
- Any flavor or ramen noodles can be used. We prefer the oriental flavor.
- We used to always add scallions, but they doesn't really add much.
