I found a great light feta dip and made it a couple of times. Everyone loved it. I forgot to write it down and now it doesn't show up when I search the internet. Here are a couple of similar recipes that I'll try and combine.

• 1.5 cup feta
• 1.5 cup sour cream
• 1 TBSP scallions, white part only
• 1 clove garlic
• 1/4 cup parsley
• 1 tsp oregano
• 1 TBSP lemon juice
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp pepper

• 8 oz sour cream
• 8 oz feta cheese
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• 1 tsp dried thyme
• Salt and Pepper

1. Mash the feta and sour cream together
2. Stir in remaining ingredients
