Lime Marinade
Perfect for Fajitas. I always use steak tips, the tips seem to really take up the lime flavor.

Ingredients
⅓ cup water
¼ cup lime juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, crushed
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 cup chopped cilantro or parsley (optional)
Directions
- Whisk everything together
- Place in ziplock back with meat and squeeze out all the air.
- Let stand in refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Massage in the marinade periodically to make sure marinade gets everywhere.
