Ingredients
- Tomato Paste
- grated Parmesan Cheese (use a fair amount; it will look like a lot)
- Oregano
- Basil
- Garlic Powder
- Red Pepper Flakes (add at least a couple for flavor even if you don't want heat)
- S&P to taste
- Water to thin
- Combine, let set for 30 minutes if time available

- Add water to thin a bit if using for a dipping sauce.
