Love this.  I spice it up quite a bit sometimes.

====== Ingredients & Directions ======
  * 1 large Onion, chopped
  * 1 Green Pepper, chopped
  * 3/4 lb Hamburger
    * Brown, drain fat

  * 1 lb (2 cups) Diced Tomatoes
  * 1 8 oz can Tomato Sauce
  * 2 lb Red or Kidney Beans including liquid
  * 1.5 tsp Chili Powder
  * 1.5 tsp Salt
  * 1 Bay Leaf
  * 1/3 cup Ketchup
  * Dash Cayenne
  * Dash Paprika
    * Add, cover, simmer 1.5 hours

====== Notes ======
  * Original recipe lists some additions for a double recipe:
    * 1/2 can Tomato Paste
    * 1/3 cup Ketchup
    * Oregano, mustard Vinegar
  * Not sure why original recipe called for adding the bean liquid at the end.  I just put it in with the beans and it doesn't seem to hurt anything.
  * I've started doubling the recipe but using only 1 lb of ground beef. Not as beefy, but a bit healthier.
