Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- ½ teaspoon dried tarragon
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 pound green beans, trimmed
Directions
- Preheat oven to 500
- Combine first 4 ingredients (olive oil through salt) in a large bowl. Add green beans; toss to coat. Place green bean mixture in 13 x 9-inch baking dish; bake at 500 for 10 minutes or until crisp-tender.
