Spinach Feta Pizza

Ingredients
- 6 oz Baby Spinach, chopped
- 1 tsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp Dried Garlic
- pinch Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
- Saute until wilted
- 12“ Pizza Crust
- Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp Pizza Sauce
- 1-2 oz Mozarella, grated
- 1/3 pt Grape Tomatoes, sliced
- Feta Cheese
- Barely brush Olive Oil over crust, spread Sauce and sprinkle with Mozarella. Top with Spinach, Tomatoes & Feta.
- Bake @450 for 15 minutes or until Feta just begins to brown.
