Ingredients
- 1/3 cup thin soy sauce
- 1/3 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1/3 cup sliced scallions
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sambal
Directions
- Combine all and serve in a small bowl.
Notes
- Sambal is similar to Sriracha, but doesn't have garlic in it; just chiles, vinegar and salt.
- Sriracha is a good substitute
- Otherwise, chili flakes or powdered chilies could also do the trick.
