Greens Four Cheese Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 recipe Pizza Dough
 - 2 Tbsp Garlic Oil
 - 1/2 small Red Onion, thinly sliced
 - 1 ounce (1/3 cup) Gorgonzola Cheese, crumbled
 - 2 1/2 oz. Fontina Cheese
 - 2 1/2 oz. Provolone Cheese
 - 1 ounce Parmesan Cheese
 - 1 medium Tomato, thinly sliced
 - Salt
 - Pepper
 - 1-2 tsp fresh Marjoram, finely chopped
 
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 500. If using a pizza stone, let it heat for 20 minutes.
 - Shape the dough and brush the top with garlic oil.
 - Top with onions, then add the cheeses and finally the tomato.
 - Season the tomato with S&P.
 - Bake in the top 1/3 of the oven until the edges and bottom are mostly browned and the cheeses are melted, about 8-12 minutes.
 - Remove from the oven and sprinkle with marjoram. Let the pizza sit for a couple of minutes before serving, as the cheese will be a bit runny.
