Delmonico Potatoes

Instructions

  1. Boil 2 ½ pounds of bite size potatoes until tender.
  2. Drain and mix with 3½ ounce of Gouda cheese cut in small pieces. Stir until cheese is melted in hot potatoes.
  3. Stir in ½ pint of heavy cream and spoon into individual buttered baking dishes and bake for 12 to 15 minutes at 350.
