Ingredients
- 2 lbs fish filet (red snapper, catfish, grouper, some bass)
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 stalks Celery, julienned
- 1 Carrot, julienned
- 1/2 Onion, sliced
- S&P
- 1/2 cup Olive Oil
- 4 large pieces of Parchment Paper
Directions
- Pile the ingredients on one side of the parchment paper
- Bake @ 400 for 15 minutes
