Glazed Carrots
I'm not a huge fan of glazed carrots, but Andrea is, so this one's for her.

Ingredients
- 2 TBSP Butter
- Melt in Skillet
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 TBSP Prepared Mustard
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- Stir into sauce
- 3 cups Sliced Carrots, cooked and drained
- Add, heat stirring continuously until carrots glazed, 5 minutes.
- 1 TBSP Snipped Parsley (garnish)
