Ingredients

  • 1 recipe Pizza Dough
  • 2 Tbsp Garlic Oil
  • 1/2 small Red Onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 ounce (1/3 cup) Gorgonzola Cheese, crumbled
  • 2 1/2 oz. Fontina Cheese
  • 2 1/2 oz. Provolone Cheese
  • 1 ounce Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 medium Tomato, thinly sliced
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1-2 tsp fresh Marjoram, finely chopped

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 500. If using a pizza stone, let it heat for 20 minutes.
  2. Shape the dough and brush the top with garlic oil.
  3. Top with onions, then add the cheeses and finally the tomato.
  4. Season the tomato with S&P.
  5. Bake in the top 1/3 of the oven until the edges and bottom are mostly browned and the cheeses are melted, about 8-12 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with marjoram. Let the pizza sit for a couple of minutes before serving, as the cheese will be a bit runny.
