Ingredients
- 1 recipe Pizza Dough
- 2 Tbsp Garlic Oil
- 1/2 small Red Onion, thinly sliced
- 1 ounce (1/3 cup) Gorgonzola Cheese, crumbled
- 2 1/2 oz. Fontina Cheese
- 2 1/2 oz. Provolone Cheese
- 1 ounce Parmesan Cheese
- 1 medium Tomato, thinly sliced
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1-2 tsp fresh Marjoram, finely chopped
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 500. If using a pizza stone, let it heat for 20 minutes.
- Shape the dough and brush the top with garlic oil.
- Top with onions, then add the cheeses and finally the tomato.
- Season the tomato with S&P.
- Bake in the top 1/3 of the oven until the edges and bottom are mostly browned and the cheeses are melted, about 8-12 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with marjoram. Let the pizza sit for a couple of minutes before serving, as the cheese will be a bit runny.
