Jennivine's Cranberry Chutney

Ingredients
- 1 lb Fresh Cranberries
- 1 Apple, peeled, cored and sliced
- 2 cups Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cup White Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Ground Ginger
- 1/4 tsp Ground Cloves
- 1/4 tsp Ground Allspice
- 1/4 tsp Dry Mustard
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan. Slowly bring to a boil, while stirring, until the sugar is dissolved.
- Boil gently for about 20 minutes, or until the mixture has reached a jam consistency.
- Spoon in hot, clean jar and seal.
