Jennivine's Cranberry Chutney

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Fresh Cranberries
  • 1 Apple, peeled, cored and sliced
  • 2 cups Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 cup White Vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Cloves
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Allspice
  • 1/4 tsp Dry Mustard

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan. Slowly bring to a boil, while stirring, until the sugar is dissolved.
  2. Boil gently for about 20 minutes, or until the mixture has reached a jam consistency.
  3. Spoon in hot, clean jar and seal.
