Onion Fondue

I don't recall Mom ever making this, but she loved a good fondue, so I'm guessing it's tasty.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Dry White Wine or Vermouth
  • 1/2 cup Water
    • Heat
  • 1 pkg Onion Soup Mix
    • Add
  • 1 clove Garlic, pressed
    • Cook 10 minutes
  • 6 TBSP Flour
  • 1/2 cup Water
    • Mix together, add cook til thick
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan
    • Sprinkle over

Use as a hot dip for cubed, cooked meat, shrimp, toast.
