Onion Fondue
I don't recall Mom ever making this, but she loved a good fondue, so I'm guessing it's tasty.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Dry White Wine or Vermouth
- 1/2 cup Water
- Heat
- 1 pkg Onion Soup Mix
- Add
- 1 clove Garlic, pressed
- Cook 10 minutes
- 6 TBSP Flour
- 1/2 cup Water
- Mix together, add cook til thick
- 1/2 cup Parmesan
- Sprinkle over
Use as a hot dip for cubed, cooked meat, shrimp, toast.
