Penn Ave Bread Stuffing
Grandma's original recipe was stapled to Mom's newer version. Fun to see the pencil notes on the original version with Mom's alterations.

Ingredients & Directions
- 1.5 lb loaf of Bread, cubed and dried
- Cube night before and let dry overnight
- 1.5 cup Water, boiling
- Stir in, let stand 15 minutes
- 3/4 cup Water, Boiling
- Stir in
- 1.5 tsp Poultry Seasoning
- 1 Tbsp Dried Parsely
- 1.5 tsp Dried Sage
- 1.5 tsp Salt
- Mix together
- Mix into mixture
- 1/4 lb Butter, melted
- 2 medium Onions, diced
- 1? stalk Celery, diced (recipe doesn't list amount)
- Saute until translucent
- Mix into mixture
- 1 or 2 Eggs, Beaten
- Mix into mixture
- Chill until ready to cook
- Bake at 350F for ~1:00 until center of stuffing reads 160F
