Penn Ave Potato Salad
This is my favorite potato salad ever. Even though I really don't like celery or celery seed, it works in this recipe.

Ingredients
- 2.5 cups sliced cooked potatoes (1 med. potato per person)
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- 1/2 cup Celery
- 1/2 cup Chopped Onion
- 1.5 tsp Salt
- 1.5 tsp Celery Seed
- 3/4 cup Salad Dressing
- 2 Hard Cooked Eggs, sliced
Directions
- Sprinkle hot potatoes with sugar and vinegar. Let cool.
- Add onions, seasonings and salad dressing Toss.
- Fold in eggs.
- Chill until ready to serve
