Shrimp-Swiss Fondue

I made this a couple of times for fondue parties (along with Mushroom Fondue) and it was a hit.

Ingredients

  • 1 clove Garlic
    • Rub bowl with cut Garlic
  • 1 can Cream of Shrimp Soup
  • 1/4 lb (1 cup) finely shredded Swiss Cheese
    • Heat until cheese melts
  • 2 TBSP White Sauternes Wine
    • Stir in

Serve with french and/or rye bread cubes

Old-style recipe. Add real shrimp?
