Sun-Dried Tomato and Basil Salsa

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, rinsed and chopped fine
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 small shallot, minced
- Salt and pepper
Directions
- Combine sun-dried tomatoes, basil, parsley, oil, vinegar, and shallot in bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste.
