Yale Place Salsa w/Cheese
This is a tasty, but odd, salsa. I never had it growing up, but at some point in my adulthood this started showing up. I think that this was create by Mom and my stepfather Carroll at their Yale Place Condo. They'd get the large jar of Pace salsa and mix in the cheeses.

Notes
- Mom's version used Velveeta, but cheddar would also be good, maybe even better. Then again, how can you beat Velveeta?
