Basil-Yogurt Sauce

I originally made this for Steamed and then Grilled asparagus, which I think works best.

Ingredients

  • Vanilla Yogurt
    • If using Greek yogurt, mix 1/2 vanilla, 1/2 plain yogurt and add a bit of water?
  • Fresh Basil

Directions

  1. Mince basil leaves, stir into yogurt gently.
  2. Let rest in refrigerator 30+ minutes.

Notes

  • It may be a bit sweet as a dip if using straight regular vanilla yogurt
